How the Ordering Process Works

Ordering your Emergency Card is simple and secure:

Click “Order Now” or scan the QR code on the flyer you received.
You’ll be redirected to our secure payment page.
There you enter:

Your full name
Your email address
A physical delivery address (no P.O. Boxes)

3. Make payment using your preferred method (credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet).
4. Within 15 minutes after successful payment, you will receive a Welcome Email.
> This email contains a secure login link (Token) — no password required, but far more secure.
5. You can now submit the emergency data for the number of cards you ordered.
⚠️ Delivery will only proceed once all ordered cards have been submitted.
6. We print and package your Emergency Cards within 3 business days.
7. A trusted courier will deliver them directly to your door.

🔒 Important:

The printed card cannot be modified after production

However, you may update the digital QR content (e.g. medication, contacts) at any time using your personal login

If changes to card content are needed (except name and ID), a replacement card can be re-ordered at a reduced price.

Your name and ID number
Medical Aid name & number (if provided)
A QR code that securely links to additional digital data

Back of the Card:
Blood Group (if provided)
Up to 3 treating doctors with name and phone number
Up to 3 next of kin or emergency contacts with name and phone number

When scanned by a first responder:

The full emergency profile is displayed instantly
No login or app is required
The scan opens in a secure, read-only view in the browser
